Guacamole is the best. Anyone disagree? The only downside is that, unfortunately, you can’t eat it by the cupful. Or you could, but that would be bad if your goal was to keep calories down. (Let’s be real though, who wants to do that? Bakelist is not the blog for that…) But with the help of Greek yogurt, you can eat it by the cupful. The dip’s it. Actually, this spinach artichoke dip is ‘it.’ Fresh spinach, roasted artichoke hearts and bottoms, binded together with a cheesy creamy bechamel. Better yet, it’s good for you, or as good as a hot baked dip can be good for you. Which during the holidays, I’d say it’s pretty darn good for you. Recipe here.
