I cannot tell a lie– it’s hard to keep up a food blog sans a kitchen. Excuses, excuses, I know, but it happens. What can I say? Me and the kitchen apparently seem to be on a break. What I do on a normal basis couldn’t really be called cooking, much less baking. A little cereal assemblage here, some salad tossing there, but most predominantly a grilled cheese. If I’m feeling on top of my game it’s a bacon grilled cheese.
The pinnacle of healthy eats, of course.
