Caffe Nute
Serves Two
1 tablespoon Nutella
1 teaspoon finely crushed and toasted hazelnuts
2 shots of strong espresso
Foamed milk
Cocoa powder, for dusting
1. Divide the Nutella between two espresso cups (or shot glasses if you’re in college.) Heat the Nutella in the microwave for about 20 seconds or until warm. Divide the crushed hazelnuts between the two cups. Pour one shot of hot, fresh espresso over the Nutella, without stirring. Top off each espresso shot with foamed milk and dust with cocoa powder. Stir together just before drinking.
