I&#039;m glad it tasted good though.  The trick with macaroons is to repeat a recipe and tinker with it depending on the temperature of the ingredients, to the temperature of the day etc.  &lt;em&gt;Very&lt;/em&gt; finnicky.  Try again, and good luck!]]></description>
